Personal data means all data that can provide information about an identifiable natural person. Hollyfort processes your personal data because you are using our services and/or because you have provided us with this information.

BAM processes personal data for the following purposes:

Hollyfort can use automated tools to make decisions about people. Decisions with a negative outcome for you, however, will not be based solely on the results of such an automated instrument. This exception does not apply if:

Data retention periods

Hollyfort will only keep your personal data as long as is necessary to complete the purposes for which your data is collected, to represent the legitimate interests of Hollyfort and as long as we are legally obliged to do so.

If we process your personal data to answer a question posed by you, we will keep the data for four weeks so that we can also answer a possible follow-up question or complaint.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Hollyfort shares your personal data with some third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation.
